Responsibilities:

-Learn key functional areas of the business such as creating size scale profiles by location, Pre-Pack assignment for the quarterly buys based upon store needs.
-Increase your analytic skills with in depth seasonal size analysis across various classification
to optimize buy recommendations.
-Work closely with vendor, merchant, planning and analyst teams to maximize business potential
-Analyze different size profiles needs by region, price-points, gender
-Pursue professional development through hands-on learning
-Participate in meetings with cross functional partners
-Gain an understanding of the role of Merchandising, Planning or Allocation in the product lifecycle
-Provide research, maintenance, and support for assigned departmental projects and tasks as

-Participate and provide feedback in group meetings and discussions if applicable

-Strong academic record
-Detail oriented individual with strong organizational, communication, time management and
interpersonal skills.
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
